المادة 186
ان الموضوع الحقيقي لكل عقد هو انشاء الموجبات , على انه هذا الغرض لا ينال الا اذا كان للموجبات نفسها مواضيع توافرت فيها بعض الصفات.
Art. 186 - Le véritable objet de tout contrat est la production des obligations; mais ce but ne peut être atteint qu’autant que ces obligations ont elles-mêmes des objets et qui réunissent certaines qualités.
