المادة 943
يحق لدائني الشركة او لدائني احد الشركاء المتقاسمين, المصاب باعسار, ان يعارضوا في اجراء القسمة او بيع المال المشترك بالمزاد في غيابهم, ويمكنهم التدخل على نفقتهم. ويحق لهم ايضا طلب إبطال القسمة اذا كانت قد أجريت بالرغم من اعتراضهم.
Art. 943 - Les créanciers communs, ainsi que les créanciers de l’un des copartageants en déconfiture, peuvent s’opposer à ce qu’on procède au partage ou à la licitation hors de leur présence et peuvent y intervenir à leurs frais; ils peuvent aussi faire annuler le partage auquel on aurait procédé malgré leur opposition.
