المادة 944
للشركاء المتقاسمين او لاحدهم ان يوقفوا دعوى ابطال القسمة بايفاء الدائن او بايداع المبلغ الذي يدعيه.
Art. 944 - Les copartageants, ou l’un d’eux, peuvent arrêter la demande d’annulation du partage en désintéressant le créancier, ou en consignant la somme par lui réclamée.
