مادة 2: تلغى المادة الثالثة من القرار رقم 2401/1 تاريخ 26/07/1960 المتضمنة تحديد المسافات بين الحوانيت المرخص لها ببيع التبغ والتنباك. كما يلغى كل نص اخر يتضمن تحديدا لمثل هذه السلفات.
