المادة 130
لا يحال رجال قوى الامن الداخلي الى المجلس التأديبي الا لسبب او اكثر من الاسباب الاتية:
1- اعتياد سوء السلوك .
2- ارتكاب ذنب هام في الخدمة او ضد الانضباط .
3- ارتكاب ذنب يمس الشرف .
4- اذا صدر بحقهم حكم قضائي يقضي بحبسهم اكثر من شهر واحد في الجرائم المنصوص عنها في البند 6 من المادة 33 من هذا القانون, او بأكثر من ثلاثة اشهر في غيرها من الجرائم.
