يمارس المجلس الاداري الصلاحيات المخولة للمجالس الادارية بموجب المادة 58 وما يليها من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 18/55 المعدل بالقرار رقم 5 تاريخ 2/3/1967 . والانظمة الصادرة بالاستناد الى احكامه.
