ان الرسوم والنفقات القضائية المحكوم بها لمصلحة الخزينة تسقط بمرور الزمن المعين للاموال الاميرية عملا باحكام المادة 443 من قانون اصول المحاكمات الجزائية ويسقط ايضا في المدة نفسها كل طلب مختص بدفع رسم وذلك اعتبارا من التاريخ الذي تقدم فيه او تم او تسلم المستند الذي من اجله وجب الرسم
