المادة 214
الشريكان في الجريمة المقترفة بالكلام المنقول بالوسائل الالية, على ما ورد في الفقرة الثانية من المادة ال 209, او في الجريمة المقترفة باحدى الوسائل المذكورة في الفقرة الثانية من المادة نفسها هما صاحب الكلام او الكتابة والناشر الا ان يثبت الاول ان النشر تم دون رضاه.
Art. 214: Sont coauteurs de l'infraction commise par paroles reproduites a l'aide de moyens mecaniques ainsi qu'il est dit a l'article 209, 2 alinea, ou de l'infraction commise par l'un de moyens enonces au dit article, 3 alinea l'auteur des paroles ou de l'ecrit et le publicateur, sauf a l'auteur d'etablir que la publication a eu lieu sans son consentement.
