المادة 215
عند ما تقترف الجريمة بواسطة الصحف يعد ناشرا مدير النشر, فاذا لم يكن من مدير فالمحرر او رئيس تحرير الصحيفة.
Art. 215: Lorsque l'infraction aura ete commise par la voie de la presse, sera repute publicateur le directeur de la publication et, a son defaut, le redacteur ou redacteur en chef du periodique.
