المادة 213
كل شريك في الجريمة عرضة للعقوبة المعينة لها في القانون تشدد وفاقا للشروط الواردة في المادة ال 257 عقوبة من نظم امر المساهمة في الجريمة او ادار عمل من اشتركوا فيها.
Art. 213: Chacun des co-auteurs d'une infraction est passible de la peine qui est attachee par la loi.
Est aggravee dans les conditions posees par l'article 257 la peine de celui a organise la cooperation a l'inraction ou dirige l'activite des personnes qui y ont participe.
