المادة 293
اذا كانت الجريمة المقترفة في الارض اللبنانية او بفعل لبناني على رئيس دولة اجنبية او احد وزرائه او ممثله السياسي في لبنان لا تقع تحت طائلة عقوبة خاصة شددت العقوبة القانونية على نحو ما ذكر في المادة ال 257.
Art. 293: Lorsqu'une infraction commise sur le territoire libanais, ou par un libanais, contre la personne d'un Chef d'Etat etranger, d'un de ses ministres ou de son representant diplomatique au liban, n'est pas frapee d'une peine speciale, la peine portee par la loi sera aggravee ainsi qu'il est dit a l'article 255.
