المادة 292
يعاقب بالعقوبات نفسها بناء على شكوى الفريق المتضرر من اجل الجرائم التالية:
- تحقير دولة اجنبية او جيشها او علمها او شعارها الوطني علانية.
- تحقير رئيس دولة اجنبية او وزرائها او ممثلها السياسي في لبنان.
- القدح او الذم الواقع علانية على رئيس دولة اجنبية او وزرائها او ممثلها السياسي في لبنان.
لا يجوز اثبات الفعل الذي كان موضوع الذم.
Art. 292: Seront sur plainte de la partie lesee, punis de la meme peine: L'outrage public a un Etat etranger, a son armee, a son drapeau ou a son embleme national;
L'outrage a un chef d'Etat etrager, a ses ministres ou a son representant diplomatique au liban;
La diffamation ou l'injure publique envers un chef d'Etat etramger, ses ministres ou son representant diplomatique au libam;
La preuve du fait diffamatoire ne pourra etre rapportee.
