المادة 294
لا تطبق احكام المواد ال 289 الى ال 293 الا اذا كان في قوانين الدولة ذات الشأن او في الاتفاق المعقود معها احكام مماثلة.
Art. 294: Les dispositions des articles 289 a 293 ne recevront application qu'en cas de reciprocite legale ou diplomatique avec l'etat interesse.
