المادة 295
من قام في لبنان في زمن الحرب او عند توقع نشوبها بدعاوة ترمي الى اضعاف الشعور القومي او ايقاظ النعرات العنصرية او المذهبية عوقب بالاعتقال الموقت .
Art. 295: Quiconque, en temps de guerre ou de peril de guerre, entreprendra au liban une propagande tendant a affaiblir le sentiment national ou a exciter l'esprit de corps ethnique ou confessionnel, sera puni de la detention a temps.
