المادة 30
لا يسلم احد الى دولة اجنبية, فيما خلا الحالات التي نصت عليها احكام هذا القانون, الا ان يكون ذلك تطبيقا لمعاهدة لها قوة القانون.
Art. 30: Nul ne peut etre livre a un Etat etranger en dehors des prescriptions du present code, si ce n'est par application d'un traite ayant force de loi.
