المادة 31
تبيح الاسترداد:
1- الجرائم المقترفة في ارض الدولة طالبة الاسترداد,
2- الجرائم التي تنال من امنها او من مكانتها المالية,
3- الجرائم التي يقترفها احد رعاياها
Art. 31: Peuvent donner lieu a extradition:
1- Les infractions commises sur le territoire de l'Etat requerant,
2- Les infractions portant atteinte a sa surete ou a son credit,
3- Les infractions commises par un de ses ressortissants.
