المادة 302
من حاول ان يسلخ عن سيادة الدولة جزء من الارض اللبنانية عوقب الاعتقال الموقت او بالابعاد, وتكون العقوبة الاعتقال المؤبد اذا لجأ الفاعل الى العنف.
Art. 302: Quiconque aura tente de coustraire une partie du territoire national a la souverainete de l'Etat sera puni de la detention a temps ou du bannissement.
S'il a eu recours a la violence, la detention perpetuelle sera prononcee.
