المادة 303
كل فعل يقترف بقصد اثارة عصيان مسلح ضد السلطات القائمة بموجب الدستور يعاقب عليه بالاعتقال الموقت , اذا نشب العصيان عوقب المحرض بالاعتقال المؤبد وسائر العصاة بالاعتقال الموقت خمس سنوات على الاقل.
Art. 303: tout fait commis en vue de provoquer une insurrection armee contre les pouvoirs etablis par la constitution sera puni de la detention a temps.
si l'insurrection a eclate, le provocateur encourra la detention perpetuelle, et tout comparse la detention a temps pour cinq ans au moins.
