المادة 308
يعاقب بالاشغال الشاقة مؤبدا على الاعتداء الذي يستهدف اما اثارة الحرب الاهلية او الاقتتال الطائفي بتسليح اللبنانيين او بحملهم على التسلح بعضهم ضد البعض الاخر واما بالحض على التقتيل والنهب في محلة او محلات , ويقضي بالاعدام اذا تم الاعتداء.
Art. 308: Sera puni des travaux forces a perpetuite l'attentat dont le but est.
soit d'exciter la guerre civile ou une lutte interconfessionnelle en armant ou en portant les Libanais a s'armer les uns contre les autres, soit de provoquer le massacre et le pillage dans une ou plusieurs localites.
Le peine de mort sera prononcee si l'attentat a ete consomme.
