المادة 329
كل فعل من شأنه ان يعوق اللبناني عن ممارسة حقوقه او واجباته المدنية يعاقب عليه بالحبس من شهر الى سنة, اذا اقترف بالتهديد والشدة او باي وسيلة اخرى من وسائل الاكراه الجسدي او المعنوي.
اذا اقترف الجرم جماعة مسلحة مؤلفة من ثلاثة اشخاص او اكثر كانت العقوبة الحبس من ستة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات واذا وقع الجرم بلا سلاح فالعقوبة الحبس من شهرين الى سنتين.
Art. 329: Toute entrave a l'exercice des droits ou a l'accomplissement des devoirs civiques d'un Libanais, commise par menace, voies de fait ou tout autre moyen de contrainte physique ou morale, sera punie d'un mois a un an d'emprisonnement. Si le delit a ete execute par une reunion armee de trois personnes ou plus, la peine sera de dix mois a trois ans d'emprisonnement et, s'il a eu lieu sans armes, de deux mois a deux ans de la meme peine.
