المادة 330
اذا اقترف احد الافعال المعينة في المادة السابقة عملا لخطة مدبرة يراد تنفيذها في ارض الدولة كلها او في محلة او محلات منها عوقب كل من المجرمين بالاعتقال الموقت او بالابعاد.
Art. 330: L'orsque l'un des faits definis a l'article precedent aura ete commis en vertu d'un plan concerte pour etre mis a execution sur tout le territoire de l'Etat, ou dans une ou plusieurs localites, chacun des coupables encourra la detention a temps ou le bannissement.
