المادة 361
كل موظف اكره شخصا من الاشخاص او حمله على اداء او الوعد باداء ما يعرف انه غير واجب عليه او يزيد عما يجب عليه من الضرائب او الرسوم وما سوى ذلك من العوائد يعاقب بالحبس سنة على الاقل وبغرامة ادناها ضعفا قيمة الردود.
Art. 361: Tout fonctionnaire qui aura contraint ou induit une personne quelconque a payer, ou a promettre de payer ce qu'il savait n'etre du ou exceder ce qui etait du pour impots, taxes ou autres contributions, sera puni d'un an d'emprisonnement au moins et d'une amende qui ne sera pas inferieure au double de la valeur des restitutions.
