المادة 362
يعاقب بالعقوبة نفسها كل موظف يمنح اعفاء من الضرائب والرسوم والغرامات وسواها من العوائد من غير ان يجيز القانون ذلك.
Art. 362: Sera puni de la meme peine le fonctionnaire qui aura, sans l'autorisation de la loi, accorde des exonerations ou franchises d'impots, taxes, amandes ou autres contributions.
