المادة 416
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
من تصرف بوثيقة او بشيء آخر او اخفاه او اتلفه او شوهه بعد ان ابرزه للقضاء عوقب بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة, ويطبق هذا النص اذا كانت الوثيقة والشيء المبرز قد ترك على ان يقدم لدى كل طلب.

المادة 45- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 416 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى ثلاثة الاف ليرة".
