المادة 421
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالحبس ستة اشهر على الاكثر وبغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين من يقدمون علانية على فتح اكتتابات او الاعلان عنها للتعويض عما قضت به محكمة جزائية من غرامات او رسوم او عطل وضرر.

المادة 48- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 421 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تجاوز الخمسمائة ليرة".
