المادة 420
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة من ينشر:
1- وثيقة من وثائق التحقيق الجنائي او الجناحي قبل تلاوتها في جلسة علنية.
2- مذاكرات المحاكم.
3- محاكمات الجلسات السرية.
4- المحاكمات في دعوى النسب .
5- المحاكمات في دعاوى الطلاق او الهجر.
6- كل محاكمة منعت المحاكم نشرها.
لا تطبق النصوص السابقة على الاحكام المنشورة عن حسن نية بغير واسطة الاعلانات او الالواح.

المادة 47- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 420 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الف ليرة.
