المادة 450

من قلد او زور اوراق التمغة او الطوابع الاميرية وطوابع الايصالات او طوابع البريد بقصد استعمالها على وجه غير مشروع او روجها على علمه بامرها عوقب بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة حتى خمس سنوات وبغرامة اقلها مئة الف ليرة.

المادة 60- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 450 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة اقلها مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة اقلها خمسمائة ليرة".
