المادة 451
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنة وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة من استعمل وهو عالم بالامر احد الطوابع المقلدة او المزورة او طابعا سبق استعماله.

المادة 61- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 451 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الف ليرة".
