المادة 53

تراوح الغرامة في الجنح بين خمسين الف ليرة لبنانية ومليوني ليرة لبنانية الا اذا نص القانون على غير ذلك.
يمكن اداء الغرامة بناء على نص خاص في الفقرة الحكمية اقساطا تساوي على الاقل حد العقوبة الادنى على شرط ان لا يجاوز اجل القسط الاخير سنة واحدة تبتدىء من يوم اصبح الحكم مبرما.
واذا لم يدفع احد الاقساط في حينه استحقت الغرامة بتمامها.
