المادة 577
التهديد بجنحة المتضمن امرا اذا وقع كتابة او بواسطة شخص ثالث يعاقب عليه بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز الستة اشهر.
Art. 577: Si la menace avec ordre faite par ecrit ou moyennant l'intermediaire d'une tierce personne n'a vise qu'une infraction punie d'une peine delictuelle, le coupable sera passible d'un emprisonnement qui ne depassera pas six mois.
