المادة 576
يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى سنة على التهديد بجناية اخف من الجنايات المذكورة في المادة ال 574 اذا ارتكب باحدى الوسائل المبينة في المادة نفسها.
Art. 576: La menace d'un crime moins grave que ceux mentionnes a l'article 574, faite a l'aide d'un des moyens prevus au dit article, sera punie d'un emprisonnement d'un mois a un an.
