المادة 622

من وجد في حالة سكر ظاهر في محل عام او مكان مباح للجمهور عوقب بالغرامة من ستة الاف ليرة الى عشرين الف ليرة.

المادة 101- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 622 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من ستة الاف ليرة الى عشرين الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من ثلاثين الى مائة ليرة".
