المادة 626
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالتوقيف التكديري وبالغرامة من عشرة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرة صاحب الحانة او صاحب محل آخر مباح للجمهور وهكذا مستخدموه اذا قدموا الى شخص اشربة روحية حتى اسكروه او قدموها الى شخص بحالة سكر ظاهر او الى قاصر دون الثامنة عشرة من عمره.

المادة 103- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 626 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من عشرة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من خمسين الى مئة ليرة".
