كل شخص اشترك باللعب في الاماكن المذكورة اعلاه او فوجىء فيها اثناء اللعب يعاقب بغرامة من خمسين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة.

مادة 38: ادرج نص المادة 634 من قانون العقوبات كما يلي: "كل شخص اشترك باللعب في الاماكن المذكورة اعلاه او فوجىء فيها اثناء اللعب يعاقب بغرامة من خمس وعشرين ليرة الى مايتي ليرة".

المادة 105- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 634 على النحو الاتي:
"بغرامة من خمسين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الفي ليرة".
