المادة 698
يمكن ان يؤمر بتعليق القرار ونشره من اجل احدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل, من حكم عليه بالافلاس الاحتيالي ومن حكم عليه تكرارا بالافلاس التقصيري يستهدف المنع الموقت او المؤبد من ممارسة التجارة او القيام في شركة باحدى الوظائف المعينة في المادة ال 692 فقرتيها الثانية والثالثة.
Art, 698: En cas de condamnation pour l'un des delits prevus au present chapitre, la publication et l'affichage de la sentence pourront etre ordonnes. Tout condamne pour banqueroute trauduleuse et tout condamne en recidive pour banqueroute simple seront pas- sibles de l'interdiction tenporaire ou perpetuelle d'exercer commerce ou de remplir dans une societe l'une des fonctions enumerees la l'article 692 - 2 et 3.
