المادة 130- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 707 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من مايتي الف الى مليون ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من الف الى خمسة الاف ليرة".

تلغى المواد من 1 الى 46 ضمنا ومن 99 الى 104 ضمنا من القرار رقم 2385 تاريخ 17/1/1924 "المعدل" والمواد 707 و 708 و 709 من قانون العقوبات.
