المادة 131- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 708 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسمائة الف الى مليوني ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من الفين وخمسمائة الى عشرة الاف ليرة.
