اذا اقتصر الجرم على تقليم المطاعيم او الاشجار او الفسائل خفضت العقوبة المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة الى النصف.
Art. 741: Si les greffes, arbres ou rejetons ont ete simplement mutiles, les peines de l'article precedent seront reduites de moitie.
