المادة 740

اذا وقع الاتلاف على مطاعيم او اشجار مثمرة او فسائلها او على كل شجرة اخرى ثمينة من الوجهة الزراعية او التجارية او الصناعية عوقب الفاعل بالغرامة من اربعين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة وبالحبس من عشرة ايام الى شهر عن كل مطعوم او شجرة او فسيلة على ان لا يجاوز مجموع العقوبة الثلاث سنوات.

المادة 143- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 740 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من اربعين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئتين الى ثلاثة الاف ليرة".
