المادة 746
يعاقب بالغرامة المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة من اقدم بدون اذن على تنظيف مجاري المياه الموقتة او الدائمة او تعميقها او تقويمها او تنظيمها.
Art. 746: Sera puni de l'amende prevue a l'article precedent, quiconque aura, sans autorisation, cure ou approfondi, redresse ou regularise les cours d'eau temporiares ou permanents.
