المادة 95
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
تراوح مدة المنع بين شهر وسنتين .
ويمكن الحكم بها مدى الحياة اذا كان المجرم قد حكم عليه بالمنع المؤقت بقرار مبرم لم تمر عليه خمس سنوات او اذا نص القانون صراحة على ذلك.
مزاولة العمل الممنوع وان تمت بالواسطة او لحساب الغير يعاقب عليها بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر وبالغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 8- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 95 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة بدلا من "وبالغرامة حتى الف ليرة".
ويعدل المبلغ الوارد في المادة 99 عقوبات على الوجه الآتي:
"ينقص عن خمسة الاف ليرة او يزيد على اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "ينقص عن خمس وعشرين ليرة او يزيد على الفي ليرة".
