تلغى احكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 113 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته,
وجميع الاحكام القانونية المخالفة لاحكام هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي او غير المتفقة مع مضمونه,
كما تلغى المادة السادسة من كل من القوانين رقم 2/81 تاريخ 20 شباط سنة 1981.
ورقم 1/82 تاريخ 28 كانون الثاني سنة 1982 .
ورقم 37/82 تاريخ 15 كانون الاول سنة 1982,
وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي.
