المادة 148
يعهد بالرقابة على المصارف الى دائرة في المصرف المركزي منفصلة ومستقلة تماما عن بقية دوائره ومرتبطة مباشرة بالحاكم.
يحلف جميع موظفي هذه الدائرة ويلزمون, لصالح المصارف وزبائنها, بكتمان السر المفروض بالمادة الثانية من قانون 3 ايلول 1956, حتى تجاه الاشخاص المنتمين الى دوائر المصرف الاخرى, باستثناء الحاكم, على ان لا يحول ذلك دون تطبيق
