مادة 1: تعدل المادة 19 من المرسوم رقم 2873 تاريخ 16/12/59 كما يلي: يعطى موظفو الامن العام الذين يرتدون الالبسة المدنية بحكم وظائفهم ما عدا المفوضين, تعويض البسة سنويا تحدد قيمته كما يلي: للمفتشين 950 ل. ل. للمأمورين 650 ل. ل.

مادة 2: تلغى جميع النصوص المخالفة او غير المتفقة مع مضمون هذا المرسوم لا سيما المادة 19 من المرسوم رقم 2873 تاريخ 16/12/1959 المعدلة بموجب المرسوم رقم 305 تاريخ 1/3/1983
