ان التقديمات النقدية لا يمكن ان تكون موضوع تفرغ او مقاصة او تعهد من اي نوع كان وهي لا تقبل الحجز الا لتنفيذ موجبات غذائية شرعية. وفي هذه الحالة يجوز حجزها لغاية نصف قيمتها.
