يحق لكل ناخب مقيد في احدى قوائم الدائرة الانتخابية ان يطلب الى اللجنة شطب او قيد اسم شخص جرى قيده في هذه القائمة خلافا للقانون او اهمل اسمه ولكل من المحافظ والقائمقام والمختار ان يمارس هذا الحق.
