المادة 10
(عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 104/1977 )
يعني بالصحفي كل من اتخذ الصحافة مهنة ومورد رزق وفقا للشروط المبينة بالمواد 22 و23 و24 و25 و26 من هذا القانون.
اما الذي ينتحل صفة الصحفي لاي سبب كان فيعاقب بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى سنة وبالغرامة من الف الى خمسة الاف ليرة. وفي جميع الحالات لا يمكن ان تقل العقوبة عن الحد الادنى للحبس وللغرامة معا.
ترفع مائة مرة مقدار الغرامة بموجب ق 89 ت 7/9/91 وترفع عشرين مرة مقدار الغرامة نفسها بموجب القانون رقم 330 ت 18/5/1994 ج.ر 21 ت 26/5/1994.

عدل في المادة العاشرة من قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 ما يلي: اما الذي ينتحل صفة الصحفي لاي سبب كان فيعاقب بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى سنة وبالغرامة من الف الى خمسة الاف ليرة. وفي جميع الحالات لا يمكن ان تقل العقوبة عن الحد الادنى للحبس وللغرامة معا. (والباقي دون تعديل).
