المادة 13
1) يجوز لمولّد النفايات الخطرة نقل النفايات الخطرة، على أن تراعى الأحكام المنصوص عنها في هذا المرسوم بالنسبة لناقل للنفايات الخطرة وغيرها من النصوص ذات الصلة المرعية الإجراء.
2) يجوز لمولّد النفايات الخطرة إنشاء وتشغيل منشأة أو منشآت متخصصة لتخزين و/أو لاسترداد و/أو لمعالجة و/أو للتخلص النهائي من النفايات الخطرة ضمن العقار أو العقارات المرخص له فيها للقيام بنشاط معيّن حيث تتولَّد النفايات الخطرة، على أن تراعى الأحكام المنصوص عنها في هذا المرسوم بالنسبة لمنشآت التخزين والاسترداد والمعالجة والتخلص النهائي من النفايات الخطرة وغيرها من النصوص ذات الصلة المرعية الإجراء.
Hazardous waste generator is allowed to transport hazardous wastes, provided taking into account the provisions stipulated in this Decree for a carrier of hazardous wastes and other relevant provisions in force.
The hazardous waste generator is allowed to establish and operate a specialized facility or facilities for storage and/or recovery and/or treatment and/or final disposal of hazardous waste within the lot or lots licensed to perform a specific activity where hazardous wastes are generated, provided taking into account the provisions stipulated in this Decree regarding the facilities for storage, recovery, treatment and final disposal of hazardous wastes and other relevant provisions in force.
