المادة 14

Each hazardous wastes generator is obliged to comply with the following rules and procedures before proceeding with the process of transporting them outside the lot or lots where they were generated:

Ensure that hazardous wastes are packaged in designated containers suitable for their packaging and in conformity with the international conditions recognized for that purpose.

Ensure that the containers designated for the packaging of hazardous waste are safe and labelled.

The shipment of hazardous wastes is not allowed to be transported outside the lot or lots without using the hazardous waste movement form according to the template set by the Ministry of Environment. This form shall be used for the shipment at all stages.

Any shipment of hazardous waste, which is not authorized by the Minstry of Environment, should not be delivered to a carrier or a storage facility or recovery facility or treatment facility or final disposal facility.

Any shipment of hazardous waste is not allowed to be transported outside the lot or lots without obtaining the prior written consent from the storage, recovery, treatment or final disposal facility. The relevant consent should be attached to the hazasrdous waste movement form at all stages.
