المادة 16
يجب على مولد النفايات الخطرة، في ما يتعلق بحفظ الوثائق والسجلات والتقارير، ما يلي:
1 - الاحتفاظ بنسخة عن كل استمارات حركة النفايات الخطرة التي قام بها المولد لمدة خمس سنوات.
2 - الاحتفاظ بنسخة عن جميع نتائج اختبارات أو تحاليل النفايات الخطرة وجميع التقارير والمراسلات والوثائق الخاصة بها، وذلك لمدة خمس سنوات.
3 - تقديم تقرير دوري، وفقاً للنموذج المعتمد في وزارة البيئة، كل ثلاثة أشهر إلى وزارة البيئة يبين فيه أنواع وكميات النفايات الخطرة التي تم نقلها خارج عقار أو عقارات تولّدها وتاريخ النقل واسم الناقل ومنشأة التخزين و/أو الاسترداد و/أو المعالجة و/أو التخلص النهائي منها، على أن تتضمن التقارير استمارات حركة النفايات الخطرة المكتملة كافة ويحتفظ بنسخ عن هذه التقارير لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ تقديمها.
Regarding the archiving of documents, records and reports, the hazardous wastes generator shall:
Keep a copy of all forms of hazardous wastes movement carried out by the generator, and this for a period of five years.
Keep a copy of all the results of tests or analyzes of hazardous wastes and all reports, correspondences and related documents for a period of five years.
Submit a periodic report, every three months, to the Ministry of Environment stating the types and quantities of hazardous wastes transported outside the lot or lots where they were generated, the date of transfer, the name of the carrier, the storage facility and/or recovery, and/or treatment and/or final disposal. The reports should include all completed hazardous waste movement forms. The report should be prepared in accordance to the template set by the Ministry of Environment. Copies of these reports shall be kept for a period of five years from the date of submission.
